Master Potter Alfonso Castillo Orta from Izucar de Matamoros, created this lovely Frida skeleton with parrots and a dove.

Don Alfonso was granted Mexico's most prestigious award, Premio Nacional de  Ciencias y Artes in 1996.

This piece is wonderfully crafted and painted with Don Alfonso's impeccable attention to detail.
